Has anyone experienced signal drops with the new wireless photocell models, especially in heavy snowfall? Looking for tips on how to improve reliability.

I'm looking for community-tested methods for waterproofing the connectors on my timing cables. The manufacturer's solution isn't holding up in wet conditions.
